A screening of the film City Dreamers was hosted by the McEwen School of Architecture on February 12, 2020. The film examines changing urban environments and four trailblazing women architects who have been working, observing and thinking about the transformations shaping the cities of today and tomorrow for over 70 years. The film screening was followed by a discussion with the Director, Joseph Hillel, Dr. Jennifer Johnson, Associate Professor and Chair of Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies at Laurentian University, and Shannon Bassett, Assistant Professor of Architecture at the McEwen School of Architecture.
